Happy Women’s History Month!
I’m featuring inspiring business women on my blog. These ladies have been my clients and inspired me both personally and professionally.
I’m including interviews and beautiful photos from our photo shoots together. The links are NOT affiliate links. I’m simply sharing the links to their businesses because I love these ladies and can personally recommend them.

What results can a client expect when working with Ferrell?
“You are in the Spotlight whether you are pitching in an elevator, leading a small meeting or presenting in front of a large audience or anything in between. In fact, as a leader you are always in the Spotlight. If the idea of being in the Spotlight with everyone’s attention focused on you, leaves you looking for an excuse or a place to run and hide, or perhaps you enjoy the Spotlight, however you would like to learn how to formulate and deliver the most dynamic message - Spotlight Coaching can prepare you to shine.”
What have been the most important factors contributing to your success?
“Combining my two careers into one: an award winning actor and corporate executive. Early in my career, I was coached to keep them separate and especially to not talk about being an actor in my corporate life as it would be viewed negatively and I would not be taken seriously. But, I realized it was because I had this invaluable work, life and play experience that I bring a unique blend of experience and skills to whatever project/stage I'm working/performing on. So, I owned it! (Mind you, this journey took several years.)”
Any thoughts/advice/inspiration for people pursuing their dreams of being an entrepreneur and running their own business?
“Ask yourself two quesitons: 1) What am I really good at/what comes easy to me? and 2) What do I love spending my time doing? The intersection of these answers will guide you to a business that not only will make a positive impact for your clients but also bring you continued joy.”
What are you currently working on? Where can people connect with you?
“I love working with executives, speakers, entrepreneurs and teams in helping them develop and understand the impact of their personal presentation style, craft their message and successfully engage, inspire, inform & influence the audience. I have been a presentation coach for TEDx Pasadena for the last three years. To practice what I coach, I will be a featured storyteller for "Tell It! An evening of personal true stories" in March 2019. ferrellmarshall.com, spotlightcoaching.com, linkedin.com/in/ferrellmarshall, tedxpasadena.org”
