Jenn was my go-to designer on larger-scale UI/UX projects at Yahoo, most notably a complete overhaul/redesign of our Ad Specs website and an internal tool that provides a UI layer on top of our CDN for use by employees across the entire company. Her well-structured deliverables made it easy for me as an engineer to bring her designs to life. I never questioned if she had thought deeply about a particular UX challenge or user-flow, because the thinking was always visible in the work. She is a driven self-starter who you can always count on, and also deeply hilarious. Whoever hires Jenn next is going to be really glad they did.
